WordPress comes with a LOT of options. From writing, publishing and reading posts, to date format and site membership, there’s a long list of things you can do to tailor your blog to your own personal needs.
This video will go over the different options on the General, Writing and Reading Settings pages, which allow you to do things like:
- Edit your blog’s title and tagline
- Set admin email address
- Control Time Zone and date/time formatting
- Control the size of the post writing space
- Control how many posts display at a time
- Allow/set up remote posting options
- Specify your blog’s home page (move your posts off of the first page)
